MITO’s engineering excellence raises the bar of underwater video filming devices. Navatics team didn’t stop there but further enhanced the capabilities of MITO by partnering with SENSEPLAY, a product platform that empowers robotic devices with FPV (first-person-view) & AR features.
SENSEPLAY enables MITO to perform stable, real-time HD video transmission up to 1 kilometer. In comparison, existing underwater drones can only manage transmission in dozens of meters through conventional solutions such as Wi-Fi. By integrating SENSEPLAY’s FPV module, MITO can livestream underwater video images to the screen of SENSEPLAY surf remote control over an ultra-long distance. The real-time, immersive experience of deep blue ocean world can be shared with audience on the water surface and also be made possible to people who are not physically fit for underwater activities.
